I decided to retrain after having my second baby, coming from a background in the pharmaceutical market research industry, it was a big change but it was totally worth it and I have not looked back.
I was never sporty at school, I discovered running after the birth of my first baby and discovered how much impact it had on my mental health. I regularly attended fitness classes in gyms, local parks and crossfit which led me to decide I wanted to provide my classes outdoors, this is where I felt my best mentally and physically.
I am not a competitive individual, I am a firm believer in taking part, performing at a level that challenges you, motivates you and wants you to have the thirst to keep on going with whatever activity you decide to take part in.
Everything I learn I share with my clients, I am honest, only use science backed content and approaches. I believe everyone has the right to move their bodies, no matter what age, shape, gender and background.
Exercise is the key to a happier and healthier life, and I love to support anyone wanting to improve their lives. There is always a way!
