Booking online couldn’t be easier, there are just 2 steps to the booking process below.
Step 1
Before your first class you must complete a PARQ form. If your health changes at all – you must re-submit this form and yearly thereafter.
Step 2
All class attendees must sign up to the class beforehand on the Myfitnessclass system by clicking the button below.
