Group exercise outdoors (indoors through winter evenings) and online provides a safe and friendly environment. Exercise is delivered so that you can work to your level of fitness whether you are a complete beginner or already regularly train, and to meet your health/fitness goals. These may include overcoming health issues, training towards a running or strength event, on maternity/paternity leave or simply looking for a consistent way to fit exercise into your life, whatever your age or circumstances.
Personal training is also available to provide you with additional support to work towards more specific goals and gain confidence. The sessions can supplement group exercise or on their own, at times that suit you at home or in Watlington.
Nutrition programmes are offered to those who would like to improve their eating habits to complement their fitness routine. Daily education, goals and weekly check ins are all conveniently delivered through an app – allowing you to develop consistent and regular nutritional habits into your life.
You will be joining a fitness community, based in your locality, where individuals are welcomed to class in person and online, and peers offer motivation and encouragement. This positive ambience will feel rewarding and supportive, whatever your fitness levels, goals or personal circumstances.
