In just 60 days, you’ll work with me, Sarah, in a one-to-one coaching format. This is your minimum commitment after that, we can continue working together as long as you like. The habits, knowledge, and tools you gain will stay with you for life.
This is not a generic plan. It’s tailored to you, backed by science, and built through deep coaching and support. I only work with a limited number of clients to ensure quality and attention to detail—because no single approach fits everyone.

I recently finished the 60 day nutrition plan, which was excellent, I dropped from 77kg to 72kg over 60 days through eating well (and eating lots!), training when it suited me and making new habits which have all been easy to continue now the plan is finished. The daily habits, weekly challenges and regular communication all take you on a journey where at the end of the 60 days lead into living a much healthier and fitter life without needing to think about it, this plan is one of the most rewarding things I have done for myself in years, and have been able to pass on the knowledge and habits to my family, which is a win-win for us all.
Personally, I had been training and losing weight all year but had plateaued and was lost on how to keep progressing and get to the best shape possible, this plan smashed that ceiling and took my health to the next level, I would recommend this to anyone, new or experienced with nutrition and exercise.

If you want to embrace vs battle menopause then Sarah and Smurf-fit are a must. I have battled for 5 years and finally regained control over my weight, body shape and mental health through just 12 weeks with Sarah. Small nuggets of advice weekly, fun and varied strength and conditioning classes outdoors or on-line – live or via catch-up kept me on the right path. I am so happy with the results, they were quick but more importantly sustainable. I feel great and it’s all down to Sarah – what a precious treasure she is, so glad I’ve found her.

I loved Sarah’s nutrition programme. It so helped me to get back on track. Prior to this I had been eating all the wrong food worsening my IBS problem. The best part for me was the accountability factor. I had tried to “behave” on my own but never lasted more than a day or two. Knowing I had regular meets with Sarah and having my measurements and progress photos on the TrueCoach app, kept me on track. My results: I lost loads of weight! Not just that but looking at the centimetres I lost round my arms, legs, waist and hips combined, came to 30cms, that’s a whole ruler length! I feel so much better in myself, so well, sparkling, happy and healthy. I am loving getting so many compliments around my whole transformation. Oh and I am super proud of myself for completing a plan for once in my life, and completing it with outstanding results!

Over the last 60 days I have learnt so much about how to eat well. The brilliance is that you get a short bit of information each day so it doesn’t feel too overwhelming. Why drinking enough water is so important. NOT starving yourself for 8 hours and then eating the fridge. Protein is God.. (and I was never quite sure what protein really was.) And sadly what alcohol is doing to your body.
A lot of it is common sense but you need to be guided along the way. Honestly this was the best money I have ever spent on myself and I was beyond impressed with how easy it was to follow and the advice along the way. HUGELY recommended to anyone trying to make long term changes to their diet.

Benefits I gained: reduced cholesterol, more energy, a more positive outlook, feeling more confident and younger. I learnt to plan meals and snacks, how to exercise well, increase water, controlled sweet tooth, portions and manage this when stressed!
